What to Know

When you arrive

Already have your ticket(s)?

Aquarium timed ticket holders: Enter at either Pier 59 or the Ocean Pavilion.

CityPASS ticket holders: Enter at either Pier 59 or the Ocean Pavilion with your timed reservation. Need to make a reservation? Visit the MY CityPASS® App or join the walk-up line at the Pier 59 entrance to reserve your tickets.

Need to purchase your ticket(s)?

Purchasing tickets at the Aquarium: If you don’t already have tickets, purchase them at either the entrance to Pier 59 or the Ocean Pavilion.

You may begin your visit at either location: Pier 59, which is connected to Pier 60 by a breezeway; or the Ocean Pavilion, across the public plaza from Piers 59 and 60.

Aquarium members: While admission is always included with your membership, entry cannot be guaranteed without an advance reservation. Day-of walk-up tickets are very limited. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend reserving tickets online in advance through the member portal. This ensures entry and helps prevent waiting in the general admission walk-up line or encountering a sold-out day.
