We ask for at least three weeks notice for group reservations, tickets and vouchers. Submitting this form does not guarantee a group visit reservation or delivery date for printed tickets.
If you have not received a confirmation e-mail, your request may not have been received. Please contact the registrar at (206) 693-6196 if you have not received a confirmation for your visit within one week of submitting a request.
